1935 Ford Pickup
There was once a time when muscle cars ruled the road but within the past decade it seems the classic car hobby is run by the Street Rods. These classics combine the vintage look of the 30's with some aftermarket touches that really set them off. This cool 1935 Ford Pickup is no different with those classic Henry Ford body lines coated in a beautiful metallic Purple. Nice ghost flames grace the front end and really accent the wide swooping fenders. The body is all steel which is an important feature when it comes to how this car will age. Not only will it last, it will continue to rise in value as steel is where its at! The body sits on a rust free frame that has been powder coated for a nice finish. The car is pictured with a front bug guard but underneath is a nicely chromed grill with a great shine. The rear bumper is cleanly mounted in place and has a nice finish with no front bumper in place. The 4 piece hood fits nicely in place and the side panels are nicely louvered with cool Ford emblems mounted to each side. All of the exterior electrical is working properly with nice circle headlights and teardrop LED taillights. Polished short arm side mirrors are mounted to the tops of the doors and are easily adjustable. The truck bed is a combination of Oak and Chrome that looks awesome. It has a beautiful finish and is where you will find the billet gas cap for filling the fresh stainless steel tank. The car rides around on a set of polished aluminum Weld racing wheels with nice Goodyear Eagle GT tires.
The truck drives well with no problems and its power is supplied by the Chevy 327 short block motor. It fits in the engine bay well and the block/heads are coated Orange with Blacked out Chevrolet valve covers. It always runs cool and a cool flex radiator has been added for a nice chrome touch under the hood. The automatic transmission system shifts well with no issues and fits under the truck well. The suspension system has all been replaced with a coil over system in front and rear.
The interior of this cool Street Rod is done all in Black with the dash painted to match the car. The bench seat is very comfortable and has nicely mounted seat belts. Classic instrument white faced gauges are mounted to the dash and are the antique style wrapped in gold individual bezels. They have a good vintage look and along with the purple flake painted knobs give it that old school appearance. A great sounding AM/FM/CD player is mounted to a custom lower dash section on the passenger side and works well. The tilt steering column on the drivers side is painted to match the truck and is topped with a billet Banjo steering wheel with V8 horn button. Other features of the interior to highlight include the emergency brake and nicely mounted floor shifter.
This cool classic won't be around for long so get it while you still can!
