With a two-tone pattern that mirrors the exterior paint, it neatly splits the two colors at the belt line, and the yellow dash and window moldings tie it all together very neatly. That bright dash is full of simple white-faced gauges, along with a custom center console that houses the A/C controls and a powerful AM/FM/CD stereo head unit. And that frenched-in shifter is one of the coolest design elements I've seen in a hot rod interior in a long time. The trunk has been upholstered to match, and note how the fuel filler fits flush with the trunk sill-nice!

Under that slick hood is a 1974 vintage 350 cubic inch Chevy V8 drenched in matching bright yellow paint with a ton of bright chrome details. A Holley carb and Edelbrock intake add some horsepower, while a set of ram's horn manifolds dump into a true dual exhaust system. The engine installation is clean and straightforward, with good access for maintenance, which is even easier thanks to an extensive parts list provided by the builder which tells you what hoses, belts, filters, brake pads, shocks, and other replacement items you'll need to keep this car in top condition. The transmission is a TH350 out of the same '74 Chevelle as the engine, and a Mustang II front suspension works in conjunction with a set of air shocks out back. A Ford 8.8 inch rear with 2.73 gears makes for easy cruising. Staggered Weld wheels wearing 205/60/14 front and 255/60/15 rear BFGoodrich radials give it the perfect hot rod rake.
