The 400 Superamericas are a rare and fine example of what Ferrari was producing for their high end clients. The Coupe Aerodinamico road cars where bodied by Pininfarina using the latest styling of the day. Only seventeen Series one (short wheel base) coupes were produced and this is number 12 of the run. The first owner was Hubert Charpentier of Paris, France. The car at one point in its life was part of the Alain Perin collection, who was president of Cartier. Having been completely restored to the highest quality in 2006, chassis 3221SA is one of the best available today. It drives and performs superbly and is ready for any tour or daily driving.
