1967 Chevrolet Custom P/U

If you are paying attention to the newer hot rods cruising the street you may notice the trucks are making a comeback. You are seeing more and more people forget about there other projects to focus on the new custom Pickup they are building. This 1967 Chevrolet has the old classic bodylines with some newer touches that really make it one of a kind. The shortbed body is nice and straight with no issues. It is coated in a beautiful 2 stage Silver metallic paint that really pops outdoors. All of the gaps and lines on the truck are nice and solid, being even all the way around. Some custom features have been created to alter the exterior look just slightly while still preserving some classic style. Instead of just buying an aftermarket grill like you are see on these trucks a custom steel piece has been made to actually reduce the grill size. It also allows a new custom spot to mount the left and right turn signals. All of the exterior electrical on the vehicle work just as they should with nice clear lenses. LED custom taillights are found in rear as well as a 3rd brake light. Custom side mirrors have been painted to match and house inset turn signals. The front and rear grill have been painted and create a cool appearance with the inset fog lights. The truck has a really tough stance that looks awesome cruising down the road. It rides on a set of beautifully polished Boss wheels (20"-front, 22"-rear) with nice low profile tires.

Usually we would save discussing the truck bed until the end of the ad but this one is just too cool not to highlight. It has all been done in custom laid down wood with an inset chrome gas cover. The wood however has all been stained a custom blue and looks like it has almost a marble finish. The builder definitely spent their time creating something custom you just never see.

The 350 V8 under the hood has been nicely constructed with all the best components. It has been entirely rebuilt with a slight cam and has a great sound through dual exhaust. It has chrome "Chevrolet" valve covers, a chrome circle K&N air cleaner, a polished AC compressor and more. The hoses are all nicely routed throughout the engine compartment which has been cleanly painted to match the car. The 400 Automatic transmission shifts smoothly and in perfect timing. The truck has been updated with all the nicest luxuries. It has power steering, power brakes (disc up front) and power windows. An AC/Heat system is also in place and works very nicely.

The interior of the car is all in a two tone grey that is in great condition. The high back bucket seats are very comfortable and are adjustable. The dash is primarily original but has a few custom features that stand out. The custom gauges are mounted in a polished bezel which matches the glove box door. The tilt steering column is topped with a billet style wheel that has a great shine.

This is one cool custom that is really fun to cruise around in. People love the look of this truck because it is unique while still having that classic style!
