Chevrolet Corvette Convertible, for sale in Arlington, Texas, for $65,000.
1965 Chevrolet Corvette
This car has that great Corvette look and was built to drive! The C2 body is very straight and is coated in a very nice Silver that has a beautiful finish. Being a Convertible just adds to its value and the Black cloth top looks great. All of the chrome and trim has a great shine and is cleanly mounted in place. This is also true for those classic Corvette emblems. The exterior electrical is all working just as it should and the flip up headlights operate with no issues. The windows and glass are in good condition and have a slight tint. The car has a solid stance and rides on Vintiques custom rally wheels which are wrapped with Firehawk SS20 tires that have been reversed so the lettering doesn't show.
The motor under the hood was built by S&S motors and is cranking out 520 horses. It is backed up by a smooth shifting 4 speed manual transmission that has no problems moving through the gears. Check out the following table to see a breakdown of some of the high quality components making up the motor:
Engine: 383 Stroker 520 horsepower .383 crank 5.7 powder rods KB 11:1 pistons Crane cam Roller rockers Dart 230 heads Victor Jr intake 350 4 bolt block 750 Demon carburetor Hooker headers Heartbeat Chevrolet valve covers Devilbiss custom exhaust
The interior of the car is done in a Black and Silver combination that shows little to no wear and tear. The bucket seats are very comfortable and sit to each side of the original center console. This feeds into the dash where you will find all of the original style knobs and switches. The original gauges all work as they should and look great through the woodgrain steering wheel. The Corvette AM/FM/Cassette player is also in place on the dash and it will provide you with your favorite tunes with no problems.
This is a great looking, great driving, fun classic sports car that won't be around for long! It also comes with a matching Silver hardtop that mounts nicely. Make this Classic American Muscle Car your own for $65,000.00!
