Buick Super Convertible, Black, for sale in Mankato, Minnesota, for $28,900.

Here we have a VERY hard to find 1955 Buick Super Convertible! This was the rarest convertible built by Buick in 1955 with only 3,527 Super convertibles built! This car was traded in to us just the way you see it. The story goes the restoration was started several years ago. It was at that time it was repainted in its ORIGINAL color of Carlsbad Black! Also at that time the rear bumper, front bumper and dagmars were all rechromed as well. ($3500) Then the car went into storage. . It has now just came back out. The engine runs great and smooth. The car has power steering, power brakes, power windows, and more. We have driven the car on the road in front of the shop here, but you should give it a once over if you were going to drive it a long distance as it hasnt been on the road for a while. The top currently operates manually. The side trim on the car is there, but it doesnt appear that all of the clips were used. As you can see, the interior would need to be redone, the panels and pieces are in the trunk along with the rest of the trim including the seat base trim. The only thing I didnt see in there was the trunk emblem. In the pictures you will see that the driver front floor and a couple spots in the rear of the trunk could use attention. Also pictured are a couple spots where there have been some touchups made from dings that occured during storage.
