Restoration. .
Restored: 15 years ago interior . . last year engine & trann

The 401 engine was overhauled. The dynaflow transmission was rebuilt. It has new exhausts, brakes, and new tires and wheels. The interior restoration needs to be done again. the seats are ok, but the headliner is needing replacement. The paint is fair, but was done by Maaco by the former owner and needs redone. The car runs like a bat out of hell and the engine and tranny are covered with a one year, 12,000 mile warranty.

Exterior. .
Paint is sort of beige tan. The clear coat is flaking and it was probably done by Maaco. . and they painted over the rust in the quarterpanels. It isn't bad, but needs to be repainted and done right.

Interior. .
dash was covered with the same fabric that is on the seats and is sun bleached and needs to be replaced. the seats and carpet are ok. the headliner needs repair over the driver's head where the stiting has let loose. The windshield is cracked. All other glass is good. It has hand crank windows and no a/c. The original factory radio still works.

Mechanical. .
Rebuilt 401 with less than 1000 miles. I just spent $1900 on the transmission rebuild. It has new dual exhausts, and the brakes were redone when the tires and wheels were replaced. It has nice looking rims.

Notes. .
It has an AM radio. The car runs great and is mechanically restored. I don't have the money to bring it to completion. great daily driver, or rat rod. Can be brought back to original condition for shows. This 401 will swap out well in a Riviera
