Last owner just did the following: rebuild carbs, convert to negative ground, odds and ends electrical work, bleed and adjust brakes, change all fluids, acquire new top. . . . . all in all, a beautiful Sprite and with the 1275cc engine and semi close ratio rib case transmission, a nice classic performer.

What makes Sprite so appealing? They happen to drive wonderfully. . incredibly quick and precise steering, smooth and with ample power (at least in the 1275cc versions), basically FUN to drive.

AND they make you think you are going a lot faster than you are. Which in these days of intensive police observation and regulation makes a lot of sense. Why go 120 and think you are only doing 80 when you can drive at 60 and think you are going 100. Makes sense to me.

Rust free, beautiful inside and out, runs and drives great. . . a very nice little Sprite.
